A two-day immersive for newly appointed managers covering self-awareness, feedback loops, coaching conversations, and situational leadership. Participants leave with a personal development plan reviewed by their facilitator.

Strategic thinking for senior leaders

A one-day workshop for directors and senior managers focused on systems thinking, scenario planning, stakeholder alignment, and translating vision into executable quarterly priorities. Includes a 90-day follow-up check-in.

Team dynamics and conflict resolution

Built for intact teams experiencing friction, this half-day session uses diagnostic tools to surface hidden tensions and establish shared agreements. We facilitate honest dialogue in a psychologically safe environment.

Discovery conversation

We learn about your organisation, the leadership challenges you face, and the outcomes you want. This call typically lasts thirty to forty-five minutes and is completely free of charge.

Tailored design

Our facilitation team drafts a workshop outline, selects relevant case studies, and proposes pre-work for participants. You review and refine until the content feels right for your context.

Facilitated delivery

Sessions run on-site at your premises or at our Miller Green studio. We use a blend of small-group exercises, reflective practice, peer coaching triads, and live role-plays to embed new behaviours.

Follow-through and measurement

Thirty and ninety days after delivery we conduct pulse surveys and optional one-to-one coaching sessions to ensure participants are applying what they learned. You receive a summary impact report.

Our ideal group size is eight to sixteen people. Smaller cohorts allow richer discussion and more individual attention. For larger groups, we split into parallel streams with co-facilitators.
Absolutely. We regularly travel across the UK and also offer virtual delivery via video conferencing for distributed teams. Travel and accommodation costs are quoted separately for in-person sessions outside our local area.
Pricing depends on group size, customisation depth, and location. As a guide, a fully tailored two-day workshop for up to twelve participants starts from £3,800 plus VAT. We are happy to provide a detailed quote after the discovery call.
Yes. All our programmes carry CPD certification through the CPD Standards Office. We can also align content with ILM or CMI frameworks on request, which may support participants seeking formal leadership qualifications.
We recommend at least four weeks lead time for bespoke workshops. This allows adequate time for stakeholder interviews, content design, and pre-work distribution. For standard programmes, two weeks is usually sufficient.
